Heidi Henson
Heidi heads up the advertising network for RockYou, the leading developer and publisher of applications and widgets on social networks such as Facebook and MySpace.
Before joining RockYou, Heidi was a Senior Associate with Steelpoint Capital, the venture arm of the hedge fund Moore Capital, and a Summer Associate at Allen & Company, focused on new media investments. Previously, she advised top companies as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. While with McKinsey, she was selected for a one-year assignment with the World Economic Forum in Geneva. In 2000, Heidi managed finance and operations for the Gore presidential campaign as Projects Director for the Chief of Staff.
Heidi holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Philosophy, Political Science, and French from Indiana University, where she was a Wells Scholar. She earned a Certificate in International Relations from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Aix-en-Provence, France.
